- No Cancellation
Once Order Confirmation (OC) is sent, cancellations are not allowed.- Cancellation Fee
The fee is 50% of your total purchase. Failure to pay = blacklist.
Faillure to pay your remaining balance in 2 weeks will be cancelled without refund- Payments
Must follow deadlines. Late payments incur a ₱30 per day fee.

how much is the packing fee for photocards?
the standard packing fee for photocards is ₱20. this includes a bubble mailer, chipboard, and one toploader that can fit up to two photocards.

can I request additional toploaders?
yes, you can request additional toploaders for ₱5 each.

how much is the packing fee for albums or bulky items?
the packing fee for albums or bulky items starts at ₱35. this price may change depending on the size of the box required for your specific order.

what if my order doesn't fit in a standard bubble mailer?
the packing fee will be adjusted based on the size of the box used. the final computation for the packing fee will be sent in such cases.

when will I know the final cost of my packing and shipping fees?
₱100 will be collected in advance, along with the packing fee. I will specify the exact amount of the packing fee for each group order in the shipping form. any excess shipping fees will be refunded after the shipment.
